Behind the Bar
Bar Tatti is the vision of Alberto Tatti, who grew up on the shores of Lake Como and brings more than 30 years of hospitality experience from New York City, Palm Beach, the Hamptons, and Miami to Copenhagen. Regulars have nicknamed him the “Mayor of Store Regnegade,” a reflection of the warmth, familiarity, and sense of community he brings to the bar.
For Alberto, great hospitality should feel effortless, personal, and instinctive. It is about making people feel welcome, creating atmosphere, and knowing how to turn a drink into an occasion.
Behind the scenes is Bobby King, Alberto’s longtime friend and colleague, who traded Silicon Valley for Copenhagen and partnered with Alberto to bring Bar Tatti to life. Together, they have created a bar around a simple idea: great drinks matter, but how a place makes you feel matters even more. The kind of place people come back to, and where regulars rarely stay strangers for long.
